All products are special ordered by Mr.C-Security and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once and are no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective.

Any returns must be authorized by Mr.C-Security and under no circumstances will returns be accepted unless so authorized. Returned merchandise authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from Mr.C-Security. Return of defective items must be within thirty (30) days of receipt, no exceptions. No discontinued item may be returned. Some returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, at our discretion.
Warranty

We guarantee all Mr.C-Security products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for 90 days after sale. We will replace or repair, at our discretion, the item providing there is no evidence of misuse or alteration. Transmitter kits not warranted.
Legal Status of Products

It is the responsibility of the Buyer (NOT Mr.C-Security) to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regarding to possession and use of any items in this catalog. Consult an attorney regarding local, state and federal laws before ordering. By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner. When applicable, equipment sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title 111 18 U.S.C., Section 2511.

Residents of the state of Texas must include appropriate sales tax. The Buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or misuse of these products.

Credit Card

Credit card orders accepted via the Internet order form, by Phone or by Mail.

Due to a large volume of credit card fraud, your signature will be required for all mail orders and will be verified with cardholder's issuing bank. In lieu of signature for all Internet or phone orders, these can only be shipped to the address on file for the cardholder's issuing bank.

Checks are welcome, however there will be a five to ten day clearance period for each order. Your name MUST be bank imprinted on the check with the correct phone number and the address must match shipping address. Please make checks payable to Section Level 1.
Delivery Times

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

If an item is out of stock, there may be a 2-5 day delay. Call for availability.

Shipping

Orders are generally shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground delivery. UPS will NOT ship to PO box addresses and they will be returned. (Route/Box addresses in rural areas are acceptable).

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via air delivery. Add $18.00 additional shipping fee to the standard shipping an handling fees.

Canadian orders must add $15.00 additional shipping fee to the standard shipping and handling fees.

Certain items cannot be shipped by air (example: Pepper Spray or any aerosol container).
Foreign Orders

All foreign orders (except Canada) MUST e-mail, phone or fax for shipping quote. Minimum foreign order is $100.00 of merchandise. Foreign orders are generally shipped U.S. Airmail or DHL Air, at our discretion. You are wholly responsible for any custom duties, import restrictions, etc. . All payments must be made by Bank Money Order or Credit in U.S. funds. For Wire/Funds Transfer, please contact our office by fax or phone for our banking information.

Canadian orders will be shipped via U.S. Airmail and you must include the additional shipping fee of $15.00 to your standard shipping and handling fees. All payments must be made by Bank/Postal Money Order or Credit Card in U.S. funds only.
