From 1988 till 1991. I served the U.S. Army and NATO overseas in the West Germany. This was a time when The Berlin wall was up. However in November 1989 The Wall fell and I felt that there would be peace everywhere. The Operation Desert Shield started which resulted in the outcome of Operation Desert Storm or the first war between the United States and Iraq. As for me I was sent back to the United States and had medical honorable discharge. In the begining I sold house alarms and burgular bars. However, when sales droped I didn't expect my check from work. Then in 1997 I became a non-commissioned security officer. I worked for several security officers until a near fatal crash on the freeway which I was severely injured and was put into emergency surgery. It took about a good three years to recoveer. I tried to remain to my duties as a security office but due to the crash I was unable to continue as such. I still miss my fellow officers.
Birth of Section Level 1 was the outcome of several crimes that occur here in the Rio Grand Valley. Some of which remain unsolved and here the rise of Section Level 1 to have surveillance equipment available to civilian households. To include G.P.S. tracker, cameras, and spy gear for covert operations.
